Well, the third month of my diet is slowly approaching. When I first started this diet on 16 April 2010, I weighed in at 222.50lbs, and now I weighed in at 183lbs. That is nearly 40lbs lost in 3 months. It is amazing to finally start to feel good about your body and your weight. Marley is one year old now, and it is hard to keep up with her. Well, today was a joyous day but also filled with some tears... funny how life throws things like that at you... you have the good, and the bad... I reached my first goal on this diet, of 200lbs. It has been a month since the diet, and I've lost 22.50 lbs, and can see the weight coming off... it feels good...

For those of you reading this, you know that a week ago today, I started my ketosis diet. I would be lying to you if I told you this diet was not intense. This diet is a high protein, low carb, low sugar diet, and it was and still is intense.
