The snap election is now over, the Trades Officer has answered his higher calling of Commandant and changes are among us. In most causes we have already seen the start of some structural changes at unit levels.

There is one this that has not changes, although it will come sometime in the near future. Submissions of Trades and Qualifications.... yes that right, Trades and Quals have not yet changed, the race is still on and the Army has an amazing monthly lead and and very very small lead for the quarter results!.

Firstly I would like to say thank you to LCdr (WCCN) Cameron Mackenzie for taking the time in April to resurrect some trades from the dead. In his announcement "TRADES RE-OPENED" you can see a list of Trades that have been updated for you to take.

The reason for updating these trades when the multiple choice is going to be launching sometime in the future is simple.... a lot of you have nearly completed every single trade that is currently in the system. With that being said I know there is now 5 Trades that not a single person has yet to complete to level 5.

A big thank you to the Army and Air Force for giving me plenty to mark over the last few days.... and thank you to the Navy for not trying to over whelm me with marking - seriously though where is the Navy presence.... did the ship sink and I not know about it?

Now with the jokes aside here are your month to date (MTD), quarterly to date (QTD) and year to date (YTD) results.

It is only the middle of the month. T. S. Phoenix you need to pull up your anchors and set full steam ahead, you can catch up to Lancaster Squadron. Alpha Coy... great work so far, remember the grass isn't always greener on the other side ;)
